Oman: Bank Sohar to raise USD300mln syndicated loan
(MENAFN) A three-year syndicated loan for Omani fourth-largest bank, Bank Sohar, is to be looked into to raise $300 million with a 2% margin a year over the London interbank offered rate (Libor).
According to sources, the loan provides banks that are taking part with fees of up to 75 basis points (bps).
The loan was confirmed to have been entirely underwritten by Arab Banking Corporation and Commerzbank that are managing the loan syndication as initial mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners.
