Oman- A'Saffa Foods conducts workshops for management and executive staff


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- As a part of its ongoing employee development initiative, A'Saffa Foods, the sultanate's largest fully integrated poultry, snacks and allied food producer, is organising weekly training programmes for its management and executive staff to enhance their skills.

The main objective of the training is to meet the growing requirements of a professional and competitive business environment both internally and externally as well as to ensure that the company's staff's needs for self-development and growth are met.

The weekly training covers topics on key areas including effective social interaction and conversation techniques; team-building; professional etiquette, integrity and values; handling cultural differences and work schedules' management; negotiation and business presentation skills.

One of the participants, Sameer al Mawali, who has been working with A'Saffa Foods for more than seven years, said, 'I attribute my growth, both personal as well as professional, solely to the training programmes provided to me by the company over the years. The latest weekly training workshops have helped enhance my confidence levels tremendously and are providing me with the much required impetus to take on more responsibilities in the near future.'
