Palestinians injured in clashes with Israeli soldiers near Nablus


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Ramallah, Jan.16 (Petra) – A number of Palestinians were injured by Israeli rubber-coated steel bullets, while others suffocation early Tuesday following clashes near the West Bank city of Nablus, a Palestinian source reported.

According to a statement by the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRC), clashes erupted between the Israeli soldiers and the Palestinians as extremist settlers stormed the "Joseph's Tomb" east of the city of Nablus, under heavy protection of the Israeli troops.
