Cochlear implant surgery performed successfully by Kuwaiti Health Minister
(MENAFN) A critical surgical operation of cochlear implant has been performed on a six-year old girl in Kuwait by the Kuwaiti Health Minister Dr. Shaikh Basil Al-Sabah.
The two-hour operation was conducted successfully by Dr. Al-Sabah while assisted by a professional medical team from Kuwait at the Zain Specialist Hospital.
Dr. Al-Sabah was appointed recently to serve as the Health Minister as part of the new Cabinet.
