Jeddah hits lowest December hotels occupancy rate
(MENAFN) Analysts STR found the occupancy rate in Jeddah hotels to have hit its lowest December.
Jeddah hotels were shown to have undergone a decline in performance despite its major supply growth, based on STR preliminary December 2017 data.
Hotels in the Saudi city recorded its lowest December rate in history with 8.4% occupancy decline.
Data also indicated a drop in Jeddah average daily rate (ADR) of 4.1% to SR694.85, with a collapse in Revenue per available room (RevPAR) of 12.1% to SR313.45.
