(MENAFN) The support for electric vehicles launch in Oman has been placed as one of the Authority for Electricity Regulation 2018 main objectives.
The authority is to conduct a review of global best practice concerning the regulatory outline to help the launch of Oman's electric vehicles.
The review is to inspect possible capital expenses from the expansion of public recharge stations, metering costs, network and connection problems, and security concerns.
