(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Jan.9 (Petra) -- The person who claimed presence of dangerous explosives inside the Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD), confessed that he deliberately did that to cause chaos, a security source said Tuesday.
Agents at the Central Amman Police Directorate were able to trace, identify and arrest the caller, who turned out to be a former employee at the ISTD.
Police investigation revealed the suspect made the hoax call because he was lately transferred from his workplace, adding that he will be referred to the State Security Court.
