Dubai to launch real estate festival
(MENAFN) A sales and purchase event, Dubai Property Festival, which is to last three days has been declared by Dubai Land Department (DLD) to be launched on April 9-11 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The festival is said by real estate authority to take place together with a number of other events in Dubai that aspires to originate further global investment to the UAE.
In a statement released by DLD, participants of the event which comprise of home seekers, lenders, investors, mortgage providers, brokers and property developers, are estimated to create significant activity of purchase and sale.
DLD director general Sultan Butti bin Mejren stated "DLD plays a vital role in reshaping Dubai's real estate sector to help drive the economic vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai."
