Pakistan- Curfew continues on second consecutive day in Waziristan


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) MIRAN SHAH: Residents of North Waziristan Agency facing immense problems after curfew continued here for the second consecutive day across the agency.

Locals said that curfew was usually imposed every Sunday but this time the it continued on Monday, forcing the residents to remain confined to their homes.

The political administration said that the curfew was not lifted after troops movement could not be completed on Sunday. The residents complained that they could neither go to hospital nor run errands due to which they were facing food shortage.

They urged the political administration and security forces to lift the curfew so that they could move freely.
