Dubai: USD104mln construction contracts presented by Danube Properties
(MENAFN) Dubai-based chief property developer Danube Properties has granted a total of five construction contracts with a joint worth over Dh381 million in part of portfolio which is valued Dh2.84 billion.
Naresco Contracting LLCm owned by Abdulla Abdulkarim Al-Arif, is one of those awarded with a 28-month key construction contract at a value of Dh221 million aiming to deliver Miraclz Tower close by to Miracle Gardens that will host 599 units which comprise of 591 apartments, the project is to be delivered by the end of 2019.
Naresco, one member of Abdulla Al-Arif Investment, is currently moving ahead to conclude Glitz Residence 3 for Danube which is preparing for handover in only weeks.
