Sheffield: fifth man tied to 'terror plot' in custody
(MENAFN) As part of an investigation into a suspected scheme for a terror attack, another man has been detained, marking the fifth suspect in custody.
After the capture which took place Friday at 23:00 GMT, a search is being conducted throughout a residential property and a business in Sheffield's Firth Park area.
Counter Terrorism Policing North East has conducted the raid which resulted in the arrest and was labeled as "intelligence-led."
The detained suspect was confirmed to be a 21 year old man. More to the case, another two men with ties to the same operation appeared before court Friday.
