(MENAFN) According to real estate portal Bayut.com, 2017 brought about a major fall in rents to Dubai International City that, compared to early 2017, values dropped by 16 percent.
The city was marked as the most affordable well-known area in Dubai as a one-bed apartment reached an average rent of AED42, 000.
Dubai Marina is once again regained its status as a preferred renting area as it was followed by Dubai International City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Mirdif and Bur Dubai, based on the end-of-year report conducted by Bayut.
