Weather inshore will be hazy and misty over most areas at night. While offshore the weather will be foggy at places at night. Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 3 to 12 knots. Offshore, it will be northeasterly-northwesterly at a speed of 3 to 12 knots, reaching to 15 knots at places. Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers or 1 kilometer or less at places at times. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet, surging to 4 feet at times.
