(MENAFN) DomaCom is negotiating several 2-3 year exchangeable note issues that will increase up to 3m USD in cash and has the agreements for 1.7m USD currently in progress.
It has got involved in a deal to factor the 2017/2018 ATO R&D refund that should deliver up to 800,000 USD to the company over the next 7 months.
The company will declare a major cost reduction program during January, the extent of which will be determined when the total increased, although the convertible note is known.
