Thick fog blankets UAE, visibility less than 500m
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) warns about fog and low horizontal visibility of less than 500 meters, mostly in the northern and western areas till 11 am on Wednesday
Motorists need to be extra cautious as the visibility is less on some roads. Khaleej Times reported about poor visibility on Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi roads during the early hours today.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) reported about fog over Al Dhafra, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah. Mist was also reported over Al Bateen airport.Providing the weather forecast for the whole week, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) reported that the night will humid during night and early morning over internal and coastal areas. Fog/mist could take over during the early morning hours.The day is expected to be fair to partly cloudy, hazy in general.
