Video: Sheikh Mohammed visits Dubai Frame


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) After his visit to the on Sunday, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, paid a visit to Dubai Frame on Tuesday. Yet-to-be-unveiled, Dubai Frame will be open to the public ina grand opening in January 2018.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, also visited the Dubai Frame and shared a video of their visit on Instagram, including walking on the glass skywalk.

The Dh160-million Dubai Frame will provide visitors with a 360-degree view of Dubai as they walk through a 93-metre glass bridge to see old Dubai from the north and modern Dubai from the south. The rectangular structure, consisting of two 150-metre towers, connects the past and present of Dubai.

Visitors will enjoy a journey through time for only Dh50 for adults and Dh30 for children. Free tickets will be offered for children under three, people over 60 and people of determination.

On Sunday, Sheikh Mohammed had visited the Dubai Safari Park- an edutainment development sprawling over 12 million square feet at a cost of around Dh1.25 billion.
