UAE government staff told they can come late during fog


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) In view of the foggy weather conditions, the UAE government employees have been exempted from morning fingerprint attendance on Monday. The employees have been asked not worry about coming to office on time.

The decision was taken to allow the employees to drive slowly to avoid accidents amid think fog that blankets the country.

Fog engulfed Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other parts of the UAE on the third consecutive day on Monday.

During the early hours, fog took over areas including, Shawamak, Al Shamakh, Al Rahbah, Al Sahama and Al Ain Airport. There is a probability of fog and mist formation over the internal and western areas from Wednesday to Friday.
