Qatar- Emir and President of Ghana discuss bilateral relations
Accra: The EmirHH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and President of the Republic of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo discussed ways to strengthen the bilateral relations between both countries, as well as the ways to boost their mutual cooperation into broader fields especially in the energy, infrastructure, air transport and food security fields.
During a meeting held on Sunday at the Presidential Palace in Accra, both sides discussed the regional and international developments.
On the arrival of HH the Emir, an official welcoming ceremony was held, where the Qatari and Ghanaian national anthems were played.
HH the Emir then reviewed the Guard of Honor and 21 artillery rounds were fired, in honor of HH the Emir. (QNA)
