Philippines rescuers look for victims of Storm Tembin
(MENAFN) Philippines rescue teams are seeking after victims of a tropical storm which hit southern Philippines where around 200 people died amid mudslides and flash floods.
Following Storm Tembin which wrecked havoc through the region, around 150 people are yet to be found while another 70,000 were relocated from their residences.
However, the rescue mission is facing obstruction from blackouts, blocked roads and ongoing violent rain falls.
