UK: Defense Secretary halts plans to lose Army's 'Be the Best' slogan
(MENAFN) The defence secretary had cut short an arrangement to lose 'Be the Best' slogan of the Army as well as its crest logo.
Following market research which showed the slogan was regarded as "dated, elitist and non-inclusive," the Army thought about altering it.
Even though the Ministry of Defence stated the Army-commissioned rebrand had cost 520,000 euro, BBC News was informed by a spokesman that Gavin Williamson thinks of the Army as "the best of the best" and that the rebrand suggestions had been put off.
