UAE: VAT introduction to draw real estate investors to the market


(MENAFN) According to fam Properties CEO Firas Al Msaddi, as of next month, the launch of UAE-based value added tax (VAT) is to offer latest key incentives for institutional investors so as to go through the Dubai real estate market.

The introduction of VAT is to bring forward a new level of clearness in real estate transaction that will offer a crucial further incentive to institutional investors, as thought by Al Msaddi.
