(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MANAMA, Dec 23 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti racers grabbed the top positions at various car and bike categories of Bahrain Drag Racing Championship that came to a close on Friday.
Sheikh Du'aij Al-Sabah claimed the title of the car Pro Mod category and his teammate Jaber Al-Maghrebi came third.
In the car Competition 4.5 category Ahmad Al-Jameel and Ahmad Al-Za'abi came second and third respectively.
In the Super Street 6-Cylinder category Mohammad Qasim came first and his teammate Turki Al-Humeidi came third.
In the Super Street V8 category Mohammad Suleiman came third.
In the Outlaw 6-Cylinder race, Youssef Al-Shahin ranked third.
In the 9.5 category Yousef Al-Failakawi ranked first.
In the Index 10.5 category Suleiman Al-Erei'er came second.
Regarding the bike races, Mishaal Al-Sabr ranked first in the Pro Bike category, and his teammate Mohammad Burashed came third.
In the Super Street Bike race Misfer Al-Misfer came first and Youssef Al-Ali third.
In the Street Bike race Al-Misfer came first, Khaled Al-Fawzan second and Ahmad Al-Erfej third. (end) ayr.gb
