Kuwait Finance House Turkey wins top research, development award
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ANKARA, Dec 22 (KUNA) -- The Kuwait Finance House Turkey (KFH-Turkey) has been awarded the top prize as the best research center in the banking and financing sector in Turkey, the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology said Friday.
KFH-Turkey director for science technology Mujahid Bahar said the bank had developed services of the research and development centers in Konya and Kocaeli Provinces.
Research and development is not only for the sake of the KFH-Turkey, but for the future of Turkey, he added. "With such thinking, we are developing new techniques and investments." Kuwait Finance House owns a stake of 62.24 percent of the KFH-Turkey whose staff reaches 5,560 employees operating in 388 branches all over Turkey. (end) rs.msa
