'Gulf crisis has not affected the upkeep of LNG plants'


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The gas plants in the country are working on full capacity and their maintenance is going on as per the routine, senior electrical engineer Mohamed Anwar ul Haq told Qatar Urdu Radio's live show Haqeeqat yesterday.
President of the maintenance division of a major services and engineering company based in Doha, he spoke about the upkeep of gas plants in the country.
He explained that his company brings in manpower and material from different countries around the year and the siege on Qatar has not affected their operations. 'We have maintenance contracts with Qatargas, RasGas, QP, QChem and Qafco among others and all of our contracts are being fulfilled on time. There have been no delays because of the siege and we haven't faced any issues in bringing material whether by air or ship.
