Dubai: property investors to complete transactions in a day through Cube
(MENAFN) The latest customer service centre Cube has been introduced by Dubai Land Department (DLD) offering real estate investors a chance to complete transactions in only a day.
State news agency WAM reported that the founding of the centre has been accomplished with several major partners' joint efforts. The partners include the Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Police General Command, the Department of Economic Development in Dubai, the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship and, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai.
Through making the entire services available in one location instead of 50 different ones, the center is to offer real estate investors a reduced effort as well as time.
