Met Dept warns of poor visibility Thursday
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Weather in Qatar tonight until 6 a.m. on Thursday will be cold, becoming hazy to misty at places inshore, the Department of Meteorology said. The visibility can get reduced at some places, warned the Met Dept.
Offshore it will be fine, becoming hazy to misty by late night, the report added.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 3 to 12 knots. Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 3 to 12 knots, becoming variable less than 03 knots later.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 or 2 kilometers or less in some areas at times.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet.
