41 works on display at Kuwaiti art exhibition


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The Kuwaiti Contemporary Art Exhibition, organised by the Omani Society for Fine Arts (OSFA) of the Sultan Qaboos Center for Culture and Science of the Royal Court, was opened under the patronage of H H Sayyid Kamil bin Fahd bin Mahmoud al Said on Monday.

The exhibition hosts 41 works and will remain open until December 26. It is being held in cooperation with the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature in Kuwait.

Sayyid Kamil also honoured the participating Kuwaiti artists.

The exhibition comes in light of cooperation between OSFA and the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature in Kuwait. It is being organised within the framework of the objectives of OSFA to support the art movement in the sultanate.

Participating artists are Mahmoud Ashkanani, Ali Noman, Mohammed al Sheikh, Nora al Abdalhadi, Abdullah al Othman, Fawzia Hayat, Ibtisam al Asfour and Nawaf al Armali.
