(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Dec 19: Police have detained two British citizens believed to be 31, and 28 years respectively for possessing and consuming alcohol, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily quoting security sources said the 'drunkards' were fast asleep in a car parked in front of a private hospital and appeared disoriented when police caught them. They were taken to the Fintas Police Station and released after some time.
