Arab League hails Sheikha Fatima's global recognition

CAIRO, 18th December, 2017 (WAM) -- The Arab League has lauded H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), for winning the International Family Advocate Award.
In statements to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, Enas Makkawi, Director of Women, Family and Children's Department of the General-Secretariat at the League of Arab States, has expressed happiness at the global honour awarded to Sheikha Fatima in recognition of her unique charitable contributions to the Arab world, by the World Family Organisation, which is a partner of the Arab League.
