Rafah border crossing remains open for third day
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Cairo, Dec. 18 (Petra)--Gaza's Rafah border crossing with Egypt remained open for the third day allowing stranded Palestinians to cross in and out of the coastal territory.
An official source at the border said that the border's gates were reopened again on Monday for students, patients, resident permit holders as well as visitors.
Egyptian authorities had decided to open the border crossing as of last Saturday until Tuesday, allowing passengers to cross in and out Gaza in coordination with the Palestinian side.
