Egypt: Pioneers Holding set to list 40% shares on Egyptian stock market
(MENAFN) Reuters was informed Sunday by CEO Walid Zaki that within 2018 first half, the financial services company of Egypt Pioneers Holding is to list 40 percent of its Rooya Real Estate stakes on the Egyptian stock market.
In 2015, 60 percent shares of Rooya Real Estate Investment Company were purchased for 1.226 billion Egyptian pounds by Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investments.
Real estate of 9 million square meters is owned by Rooya with 6 million worth of it presently in the process of growth.
