Dubai Land Department: partnership with Indian Q4 signed


(MENAFN) A strategic joint venture with India-based Q4 Consultants has been signed by the Dubai Land Department as it declared, it aims to provide Indian investors with opportunities in the real estate market of Dubai.

So as to aid the DLD in its attempts to give Dubai a prospect of a flawless real estate target, Q4 is to serve as a "real estate promotion trustee" under the conditions of the partnership.

DLD director general Sultan Butti bin Mejren stated "we place a high priority on the Indian market, especially as Indian investors occupy a leading position among the top three nationalities investing in Dubai each year."

He further added "India has huge numbers of investors looking for exceptional international investment opportunities, and Dubai is certainly able to answer this demand with its diverse investment options and attractive real estate environment."
