Oman- 12 people rescued from their vehicles: ROP

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Twelve people were rescued from their vehicles which were caught in the surging wadi waters in several parts of Oman on Sunday, the ROP has said.

'Six members of an Omani family were rescued from a vehicle in Wadi al Mamoura in Bahla and three members of an Emirati family from another vehicle in the wilayat of Dibba in Musandam,' the ROP stated.

One person was rescued in Wadi Halfin in Izki, one in Wadi Sorour, Samail and another in Shinas.
