Jordan- Relatively cold weather forecast for two days

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Dec.13 (Petra) - A slight drop in temperatures and in humidity levels are forecast on Wednesday, bringing relatively cold conditions across much parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD)said.

Low clouds in the northern and western regions are also expected with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds.

Another slight drop in mercury levels is forecast on Thursday, but similar relatively cold weather will continue to prevail during the day, while it will be cold at night with clouds at low altitudes.

Daytime temperatures expected in Amman and the southern regions will reach 19 degrees Celsius, 17 in the northern cities, dropping down to 8, 2 and 6 respectively. Mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will register a high of 26 during daytime and a low of 12 at night, the JMD added.
