(MENAFN) Influential personnel who didn't support Alabama Senate nominee Roy Moore were condemned on Monday by Stephen Bannon at a rally for the special election when he attacked them by saying that there is "special place in hell for Republicans who should know better."
In a campaign rally one night ahead of Moore scheduled face off against Jones, former campaign chief and senior strategist for President Trump Bannon targeted in his speech Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Alabama Sen. Richard Shelby as well as ex-Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
Bannon said "Mitch McConnell and Sen. Shelby, and Condi Rice and all that, Little Bobby Corker, all the establishment out there doesn't have Trump's back at all." He continued his attack saying "there's a special place in hell for Republicans who should know better."
