In a post on his Facebook page, Poroshenko wrote: "Honor and glory to the soldiers of the Land Forces, who every day prove that there is no such force that can tame the spirit and will of the Ukrainian soldier. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Land Forces of Ukraine's Armed Forces!

The Land Forces Day is marked in Ukraine on December 12.
