MPs urge for Commons 'meaningful vote' on Brexit

(MENAFN) The pledge of a "meaningful vote" for Parliament that involves any Brexit deal ought to be preserved in the EU Withdrawal Bill, as stated by a cross-party group of MPs.

Soon this week, such an adjustment to the bill is to be tabled by Dominic Grieve, ex-Conservative Attorney General.

This step has the approval of All-Party Parliamentary Group on EU Relations as backbenchers are pushed to prioritize "the national interest" over party politics.
