EnviroSuite Limited (ASX:EVS) Update on Bid for Assets of Odotech Inc

(MENAFN- ABN Newswire) Sydney, Dec 8, 2017 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Envirosuite Limited () ("the Company") is pleased to provide an update further to the ASX announcement released 29 November 2017, regarding the acceptance of the Company's conditional bid to purchase the assets of Canadian based 'Odotech Inc'. Envirosuite Limited advises that due diligence has now been satisfactorily completed.

As per the previous announcement, the Trustee will now finalise the Asset Purchase Agreement and apply to the Canadian courts to have the transaction approved at which time the transaction will complete and the assets of Odotech Inc will transfer to Envirosuite Limited and its subsidiaries.

The Company has been advised that this process should be completed in the next ten business days and Envirosuite will release an updated Company presentation following completion.
