(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Dec 7: Civil Service Commission (CSC) represented by supervisors from the Department of Employment Affairs recorded 663 violations in employment procedures at the ministries and other public agencies in 2017, and only 11 percent of the violations have since been rectified, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The daily quoting a source from Budgets and Final Account Committee stated the Ministry of Health perpetrated 30,000 fiscal violations, of which 13,700 were detected by financial supervisors. This is almost half of the violations recorded within the current fiscal year, the source added, affirming the ministries and other public departments have the lion share of 91 percent of the violations.
