Budget airline Spice Jet opens office in Oman


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- India's budget airline Spice Jet has opened new edits office in Ruwi, Muscat. The new 'Spice City Office' will showcase the brand prominently and will cater to the demands of all its valued customers.

Shilpa Bhatia, chief sales and revenue officer, Spice Jet was quoted in a press release as saying, 'This new office is another valuable bridge between the two beautiful countries – Oman & India, and will definitely enhance Oman's position in the list of Spice Jet's seven international destinations – Bangkok, Colo-mbo, Dubai, Kabul, Male (Maldives ), Dhaka and Dubai.'

Reiterating the objective behind the opening of this new office, M C Jose, CEO, projects and logistics, Khimji Ramdas said, 'It is a privilege to have Spice Jet, India's favourite airline, as a partner in Oman. The prime location of this new office will definitely increase the visibility of the brand in the market and attract even more clients.'

Spice Jet is the only airline to offer a non-stop flight connecting Muscat and Ahmedabad five days a week. The airline also connects Muscat to Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai among other destinations in India, via Ahmedabad. The airline connects its network with a fleet of 35 Boeing 737NG and 20 Bombardier Q-400s.
