Will another war be stirred in Yemen after the death Ali Abdullah Saleh?


(MENAFN)Fighting aroused in Sanaa hours after the announcement of the death of Yemen's former President Ali Abdullah Saleh, witnesses said on Monday.

Blames were casted down on the rebels as Saleh's political party, the General People's Congress (GPC), announced the death of the 75-year-old.

Faiqa Al-Sayyid, a party leader said Saleh and other top party officials were attacked and had to go under Houthi gunfire as they fled Sanaa.


"He was martyred in the defense of the republic." noted Faiqa Al-Sayyid, a party leader.
