(MENAFN) A 14.4 percent increase in second-quarter profit has been reported on Monday by Dubai's Emaar Properties, which is planning a partial listing of its UAE development operation.
Emaar made USD394.8 million of profit attributable to the owners of the company for the three months to June 30, on revenue that rose 1.9 percent to USD103 million, the company said in a bourse filing.
Up from USD 345.7 million a year earlier, the profit beat a SICO Bahrain forecast of USD353 million but was short of a USD413.8 million forecast from EFG Hermes.
