Palestine urges emergency Arab meeting on Jerusalem


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, Dec 3 (KUNA) -- Palestine has called for holding an emergency Arab meeting on the level of permanent representatives to look into the latest developments in Jerusalem and a possible transfer of the US Embassy to the occupied city of Jerusalem.

The call was made by the Palestinian representative delegation at the Arab League, stressing that the meeting should be held ahead of December 6.

Arab permanent representatives are scheduled to meet on Tuesday upon request from Egypt to discuss a recent mosque attack in North Sinai. (end) mfm.hdr.mt
