Houthi claims of firing missile against UAE plant denied
(MENAFN)State news agency WAM reported that the United Arab Emirates on Sunday rejected a report that a nuclear plant in the UAE was under the attack of Houthi group missiles.
Claims made by Houthi militias in Yemen of a missile launch toward the UAE's airspace have been refuted by The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority, NCEMA.
NCEMA affirmed in a statement that the UAE's air defense system is ready to confront any kind of threats.
Barakah Nuclear Power Plant is equipped with all necessary safety and security measures that would help to avoid threats.
