Egypt's Sisi vows revenge against terrorists

(MENAFN) Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi vowed in a statement to respond with "brutal force" against militants who killed at least 235 worshippers at a mosque in the North Sinai region during Friday prayers.

Heavily-armed militants bombed the mosque and opened fire on people attending Friday prayers at Al Rowda mosque in Al Arish city, killing worshippers in what is marked the deadliest terror attack in Egypt.

The President said that the military would avenge the attack and respond with "brutal force" against militants.
