(MENAFN)The National Center for the Measurement of the Performance of Public Agencies (CMPPA) is launching a new smartphone application in early 2018, which would allow citizens to provide feedback on government services.
Makkah newspaper was informed on Thursday of the launching of the app by Hussam Al-Madani, acting director general of the National Center for the Measurement of the Performance of Public Agencies (CMPPA).
The app is built to help the citizens to provide points of view on the performance of public and semi-official agencies and file public complaints and suggestions straight to relevant officials.
The center would start progressing depending on the result of the analysis of these authorities.
CMPPA is delivering an electronic platform for international performance to develop the capability of Saudi Arabia compared to more than 200 other countries, Al-Madani said.
