UAE- Etisalat to charge if you don't pay your bills on time? TRA clarifies
A notice issued by the TRA on Thursday said that after being alerted about the report circulating online - regarding Etisalat's announcement on "late-payment" fees, the authority immediately instructed the telecommunication company to stop sending such messages and posts.
Earlier on Wednesday, about reports that Etisalat and du telecommunication service providers will start charging fees on "late bill payment".Etisalat has also been asked to submit relevant documents to charge these new fees.
