Amity University Dubai, initiated a workshop on information literacy and digital native behavior on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Santhosh Goud Sammeta, University Librarian. Over 80 librarians and information professionals gathered at Amity University Dubai Library and attended this workshop. Pro-Vice Chancellor of Amity University in Dubai, Dr. N. Ramachandran welcomed the attendees and shared his vision on information channels and digital natives of 21st century with the participants. Different sessions were presented to the audience by Tech Knowledge Team such as Digital Textbooks, Electronic Vs Print Textbooks and Information Literacy for Millennials. After each session, presenters had open Q&A for participants and shared their viewpoint on various library scenarios in the digital age. The workshop concluded by awarding certificates to all participants by Mr. Sammeta.
