Picasso and other famous arts works to be exhibited in Baghdad

(MENAFN)Thanks to an anonymous Iraqi collector, the three names; Picasso, Dali, Miro, Chagall that are immediately identified among people around the world, will be present in Baghdad by their works.

The three masters works will be exhibited at the Hiwar gallery- one of the last to remain open in the city- contains 24 Picasso lithographs.

"This exhibition is a historic chance" for Iraqis to enjoy watching highly standardized artworks, in a first for the capital, said gallery owner Qassem Sabti.

"It is presented by an Iraqi person who prefers not to disclose his identity due to the circumstances in Baghdad." Sabti added.

In addition to Salvador Dali, Joan Miro and Marc Chagall works There are 42 other works being shown.
