Egypt calls for Arab League meeting on permanent delegates level
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, Nov 29 (KUNA) -- Egypt called Wednesday for an urgent meeting for the Arab League on the level of permanent delegates to discuss the recent terrorist attacks targeting northern Sinai.
A memo issued by the League Secretariat said that the meeting, scheduled for December 5, would mainly focus on the November 24th mosque attack in Sinai, which left 305 people dead amongst them 27 children.
The meeting will discuss on the overall Arab counterterrorism strategies and plans. (end) mfm.gta
